Working with Marmara Shipyard (1962) since 2003, Yildirim Holding A.S. incorporated the shipyard in line with the investment plans it had taken in the maritime sector in 2007. The shipyard operates with its professional staff in the Gulf of Izmit, in the district of Korfez (Yarimca), 80 km from Istanbul.
