Napier and Miller Limited was a registered in business of shipbuilding, ship-repairing, and engineering. It took over the yard in Yoker that had previously been owned by Napier, Shanks and Bell.
1920s The yard made passenger ships and Great Lakes traders for American, Canadian and Norwegian companies.
1930 The last ship was completed at the yard. The yard was bought up by National Shipbuilders Security this year; it was the first yard to have this happen to it.
In 1931 The contents of the yard were sold off and the yard demolished.
