Danish Crane Building was founded in 1983 by Christian Overgaard, Ole Furbo and Axel Jensen based on a foundation of more than 40 years of experience in cranes and lifting equipment. Today, the company is the only crane builder in Denmark with the expertise and capacity to encompass every aspect of crane design, planning and manufacturing. Danish Crane Building (DCB) supplies overhead cranes, jib cranes, wire rope hoists, chain hoists and gantry cranes based on a broad standard range that can be adapted to suit each client’s individual requests and needs. One particular area of DCB expertise in the world market is engine room cranes developed and manufactured for ship builders worldwide and robot cranes for power plants, waste incineration, dairies, etc.
