Here,we take pleasure in introducing ourselves as one of the major cast steel parts manufacturer from India since 1960. We are ISO- 9001,14001,18001 company by TUV NORD, also a Lloyds approved foundry. We are the listed company in Bombay Stock Exchange(BSE) since 1972.

We cater to some of the worlds' top brands in the field of mining and earth moving, construction equipments, aero-bridge conveyer system parts, cement machinery parts, car shredding machine parts, hydro and power sector, and general industrial sector etc.

To name a few of our customers: BEML-BANGALORE, MYSORE AND RAIL COACH, CAT-USA, CAT-IPL, KOMATSU GERMANY, KOMATSU USA, TERREX-BUCYRUS, JCB, THYSSONKRUPP, NUIVELLI LIGNITE, MANY CEMENT PLANTS IN INDIA AND ABROAD, FLS, P&H,FX-MEILLER,  ETC. Most of these have a long time contract, or an exclusive arrangements and an association for the last more than 15 years.

We basically supply almost all the Hydraulic parts and under carriage parts to the construction equipment companies, about 200+ different parts.

Our single piece manufacturing capacity is from 2 kg to 55 kg, in Shell molding, and from 50 kg to 2500kg in sand casting, in various steel grades, manganese steel, low alloy steel etc. We have in-house CNCmachining, along with Induction hardening, painting, shot pinning, all NDT facilities. We are already registered with IBR (Indian Boiler Register), and have our foundry approved by Lloyds register.  We are undergoing the process to receive from TUV, the PED, WO certifications also, for flow products like pumps valves and turbines etc. 
 
Our annual shipments are around 8000-9000MTs, and approximately about 40% are exports, of which 80% to Germany.

With the addition of fast loop no-bake line (OMEGA),along with advanced metal purifying technology, we intend to take it to a, more than double- 21,000 MTPA, from 2011 onwards.

In view of this we seek capacity filling partners/Industry which can place bulk orders for any/ special grades steel castings, with full machining/ ready to use condition. Specially the Dredging and Marine industry.

In Gujarat where we are placed, we have a very close access to sea ports, rail/air etc.
