6138 g.t., built as the BP tanker 'British Defender' and in 1965 rebuild by by J Murphy at Charlton-on-Thames on behalf of Marcon RMC Ltd. into a self-unloading hopper dredger with bottom doors, and re-named 'El Flamingo'.
Broken up in Bruges in 1982 after being laid-up since October 1980
