Steamer built as George J. Gould in 1893 at Buffalo, N.Y. by Union Dry Dock Co (AmShip Buffalo). After several owners and other names, she was sold to Nassau Ship & Dredge Co., Chicago in 1926. Converted to a hydraulic dredger at Manitowoc Shipbuilding Co., and renamed Nassau, operating out of Chicago, Ill
In 1938 taken to Indiana Harbor, owned by Fitz Simons & Connell Dredge & Dock Co.
Scrapped in 1951 in Chicago
