Construction and Technical Fleet AD Varna is the legal successor of the company established in 1894 with similar activities, which participated in the construction of the second Bulgarian port - the port of Varna. In its historical development, the company has changed its name, but never the type of services provided. As 'Construction and Technical Fleet' AD - Varna, it has existed since 20.07.1999 and is a leading company with regional and national importance in hydrotechnical construction (hydrotechnical construction services, dredging works, diving inspections and others).
