About this company

General information

German entity of  dutch contractor  'Aannemerbedrijf Gebroeders Goedhardt', later part of the 'Van Hattum en Blanklevoort' group. The German company was awarded a major dredging contract in Galveston (USA) in 1904, for which project 5 dredgers were mobilised: Holm, Nereus II, Triton (all owned by the Dutch  parent company), Galveston, and Texas (newly built  in Germany).
Texas never reached the site, she prished on her way to the US near Ireland.
Last annaul financial report was issued in 1939.
