Hidrovía S.A. is made up of Jan de Nul N.V., a Belgian world leader in dredging and construction works, and Emepa S.A, an Argentine company involved in the area of metallurgy and services. Both companies set in motion a joint project which focused on the main aspects of dredging and signaling.
