Royal Boskalis Westminster N.V. (Boskalis) has reached a heads of agreement with STRABAG SE for the acquisition of the dredging activities and assets of STRABAG Wasserbau GmbH, formerly known as Möbius Wasserbau.

Josef Möbius Bau-GmbH is now STRABAG Wasserbau GmbH.
Möbius Dredging GmbH operates as STRABAG Dredging GmbH.

Since 2007, our companies are part of the STRABAG Group, one of Europe's leading construction groups. The power spectrum of STRABAG covers all areas of the construction industry and covers the entire construction value.
The company names of Josef Möbius Bau-GmbH and Möbius Dredging GmbH allowed no conclusion to a membership in the STRABAG Group. We, the management of the Möbius companies believe that our company will benefit from a recognizable belonging to STRABAG SE also for potential clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
Against this background, we have decided that with immediate effect Josef Möbius Bau-GmbH operates as STRABAG Wasserbau GmbH and Möbius Dredging GmbH as STRABAG Dredging GmbH .
