Hollandsche Beton Maatschappij) merged in 1963 with Intervam and became the Hollandsche Beton Groep In 1971 merged with Van Oord Werkendam 2001 HBG and Ballast Nedam merged (dredging divisions) into Ballast HAM Dredging 2002 BHD bought by Dragados Spain and sold in the same year to BAM NBM - in 2003- bought by Van Oord NV
