Federal state institution 'RECHVODPUT'
The Federal State Institution 'Rechvodput' (FKU 'Rechvodput') was established in accordance with the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 21, 2011 No. 254-r by changing the type of the existing federal state institution 'Rechvodput', formed on the basis of the order of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation of May 2002, No. NS-60, and is an organization subordinate to the Federal Agency for Marine and River Transport (Rosmorrechflot). 
FKU 'Rechvodput' monitors the results of the implementation of activities of the subprogram 'Inland water transport' of the Federal target program 'Development of the transport system of Russia (2010-2020)'
In pursuance of Order No. 213 of the Ministry of Transport of Russia dated 07.07.2015 'On the reorganization of the Federal State Budgetary Institution 'Moscow Canal' in the form of the FKU 'River Administration of the Moscow Basin' joining it, the powers of the administrator of federal budget revenues were transferred to FKU 'Rechvodput', which organizes and exercises the powers of the administrator of federal revenues  . the budget for the receipt of state duty in the federal budget in respect of organizations subordinate to Rosmorrechflot - administrations of sea ports and state basin departments of waterways and shipping.
