Tidewater Skanska Inc.

Tidewater Equipment Corp. started life in 1947 as a subsidiary of Tidewater Construction Corp.  In 1998, Tidewater Construction was acquired by Skanska USA and became Tidewater Skanska, Inc., a division of Skanska USA, and Tidewater Equipment became TEC Skanska.  The company is primarily a steel fabricator: most of the floating equipment it produces is used in the construction industry.  Company  was dissolved in 2021
