General information

Founded by John Craig in 1866. In 1905 the yuard was sold and renamed Toledo Shipbuilding. Shortly afterwards it was lease to American Shipbuilding Company and the yard became part of the Amship otrganisation, under the name of Amship Toledo. The yard closed in 1982
