The Hamburg-domiciled dredging association VdN is a business association of 13 medium-sized dredging and hydraulic engineering companies.
German companies, owning dredging equipment inscribed in a Register of Shipment of the European Union, can be members of the association.
The purpose of the association is the protection, representation and promotion of the member's interests. The VdN works as a consultant for public authorities, corporations and other clients giving expert's opinions and suggestions concerning economical, technical and legal questions in the field of dredging.
