The "Miondo" is a modern, custom built Cutter Suction Rock Dredger launched and commissioned in 2012. It operates in sheltered coastal waters or in-land waterways and is capable of dredging muds, silts, sands and rock to depths of 17m. The vessel's design is ideally suited to cleaning and deepening existing Ports, creating navigation channels or performing large land reclamation projects. Material can be pumped ashore or to the point of discharge through floating and land pipelines depending on the requirements of the projects undertaken.
